Red Lobster moved its corporate headquarters from a campus setting in suburban Orlando, FL to a downtown high rise. There were specific design requirements, and had to be:

  • Forward looking, but rooted in Red Lobster’s founding as an innovator of fresh seafood and casual dining
  • Reflective of the brand’s essence and visually communicated across four floors and various end-use areas
  • A tool for sparking collaboration and to attract and retain the best talent
Interior design consultant Kristin Brown chose Bolyu’s Sierra to create an inviting seaside theme, customizing the colors with dark blue and sea-green for the the open office areas, Fluid and Fractured in the employee cafe, and augmented with GEO Accents for a total of 7000 square yards of custom carpet.
